  • 1. Check the following before contacting the DigiTest Hot-line Service

Checklist

No display

Check if the monitor light indicator is on, monitor has power, power cable connected to a power outlet, PC is powered on and operating normally, and all connections from the PC are secured.

Color distortion

Check magnetic field interference from the following Items: florescent tubes, large power cables, speakers, transforms, and power adaptors.

Colors absent

Check for VGA card problem, bent VGA pins, and damaged cable.

Flickering/fuzzy display

Check if the refresh rate and resolutions are configured correctly.

Dead pixels

Dead pixels will appear with normal use & wear and is not considered a defect. A new LCD monitor with 5 dead pixels is considered acceptable and is not considered to be defective. ISO 13406-2

Display geometry problem

Make sure that you are familiar with many adjustments on the monitors for display geometry. Also note that it is impossible to adjust to a perfect rectangular geometry on your monitor.

Resolution

Resolution problems may be related to performance issues. Different monitors will perform differently based on model and specifications.


2. When applying for a claim, an RMA/number will be issued to you. This number will be
??? used for tracking and reference.
3. Products will be collected by the authorized DigiTest Repair Center.
4. If the LCD monitor is easily damaged during transportation and arrives with inadequate,
??? insufficient packaging, this warranty may be voided.

Exclusions
We reserve the right not to provide warranty service if proof of purchase is not provided.
The warranty is rendered void by any unauthorized alteration to or repair of the monitor.
